“Take Me Seriously” Reclaims the Phrase ‘Like a Girl’ in Empowering New Episode
Leicester, UK — In the upcoming third episode of the youth-led podcast Take Me Seriously the spotlight is on a phrase many young women have heard used to tear them down: “like a girl.” But this time, it is being flipped into a statement of pride and power.
Titled “Like a Girl – Power, Pressure & Owning Our Strength,” this episode welcomes guest host Sarah, who joins Starla and Scarlett for a bold and honest conversation about the pressures girls face to be strong, but not “too much.”
