The awards celebrate business excellence across the vast number of small to medium enterprises and businesses, that are often the “unsung” major employers and contributors to the county.
Leicestershire Cares were nominated by gold sponsor, Ford and Slater, who have been members for over 15 years and demonstrates their continued commitment to supporting our charity.
The awards gave the opportunity to showcase our charity and its many achievements through a welcome speech given by Director of delivery; Amy Cook which mentioned the importance of coming together to share skills and build networks – especially when supporting vulnerable young people.
We raised an impressive £700 through our very popular raffle to win a Fortnum & Mason hamper and expect to raise additional funds through a silent auction of super luxury lots including a Luke Littler shirt!
