The Education team at Leicestershire Cares are recruiting for volunteers to support a new employability programme in special schools. The aim of We Discover is to deliver tailored careers interventions to students in order for them to make successful post-16 transitions. The project is being led by the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) and is working with nine special schools across the city and county.
We have exciting volunteering opportunities coming up this term. You don’t need any specialist knowledge of SEND to support the sessions. We provide a full briefing and support on the day.
