The Education Team at Leicestershire Cares was delighted to announce that The Hinckley & Rugby Building Society (HRBS) were our winners of ‘Outstanding Contribution to Interview Technique’ at our annual celebration this year.
We would also like give thanks to our shortlisted nominees who played a vital part in our interview technique project 2020-21.

All of the shortlisted nominations gave the maximum number of hours to the Interview Technique project this year and we couldn’t have delivered the remote events without them. I would like to thank all volunteers at HRBS who collectively took part in almost all of the remote events in 2020-21. A special mention to Carla Loughrey who recruited and coordinated staff at HRBS and liaised with our education team to book volunteers onto the events.
