At our champions meeting on 18 November, we were delighted to present Jessica Davies, Leicestershire Cares champion at Joules, with our Champions' Champion Award. This award recognises a champion that has gone above and beyond supporting our work for the previous six months.
Jess has done an outstanding job recruiting volunteers for our education and other employability events, including being involved in videos, interview technique, webinars, face-to-face speedy speakers events and more. She always responds and always chases colleagues to encourage them to get involved, and has advised us on how we might adapt our Go For Reading and Number Partners projects going forward.
We want to say a huge thank you to Jess for all her great work as our champion at Joules!
