We were delighted to present Jenny Hailes from Everards with our Star business champion award at our November business champions event.
Jenny has been a real source of energy, creativity, passion and empathy over the past few months as she has rallied the Everards team to support our work with young people and community groups. She has been excellent at working with our staff and her colleagues to identify projects we can partner on and then ensuring they happen. So, over the last year we have seen a real increase in Everards staff being able to support our work and, at the back of it all is Jenny, humble as ever, making sure everything runs smoothly and professionally.
It has been an absolute delight working with Jenny and seeing the passion and professionalism she shows in enabling the Everards staff group to support our work whether it be work tours, employability sessions or bags of hope. She has made a real difference and we are looking forward to working with her in the year ahead
I am honoured to win this award and in truth, I get a real sense of achievement through supporting the work of Leicestershire Cares and of course I am also accepting this award on behalf of all my wonderful colleagues
