The Yes Team are thrilled to announce that Hinckley and Rugby Building won our Outstanding Contribution to work with NEET Young People award on Wednesday 22nd of September.
HRBS collected this award because of their hard work and dedication in supporting all of our work with NEET young people, especially as we faced extremely difficult times during the pandemic. HRBS staff gave the time to support our young people in our employability programme, offering mock interviews and careers talks.
Also, two staff members from HRBS support our YES Steering Group, which has helped us shape our work and think of new ways that we can best support our young people. We are very grateful for all the support they have provided in the last 12 months and are looking forward to continuing working with them in the future.
