Education team win an award for our partnership work between business and education.

7 Nov 2023

Our Education team were honoured and humbled to win the East Midlands Chambers award for Business and Education Partnership at their annual awards ceremony on Friday 3rd November. This award recognises schools, colleges, further education and training providers that engage effectively with business. Entrants must demonstrate how they work in partnership with local businesses and how they help pupils develop crucial employability skills valued by employers. The award was sponsored by Blueprint and the other shortlisted finalists were De Montfort University and Loughborough College.

It is a real honour to win this award and a real boost for all our business volunteers, education partners and young people. We now need to continue our much needed work and as always, we are always happy to hear from local businesses who wish to support our work in schools
