PACE is a charitable organisation, based in Loughborough, that provides support to the community in various ways. They offer food through community shops and emergency food parcels, community meals for families and the elderly, youth activities, school work, and hamper provision of food and gifts for vulnerable families.
Volunteers from Thermofisher generously devoted their time and effort on Wednesday, December 13th, to help pack, wrap and distribute 12 family hampers. These hampers contained hand-picked presents for each member of the family, who may not have otherwise received any gifts. The Christmas season can be challenging for many families, but this campaign aims to provide support to those who are struggling the most.
I just wanted to send you a big thank you for all your team did this week. I was blown away by their attitude and care and willingness to get stuck in.
