Our Leicestershire and Rutland member firms and their employee volunteers have taken part in a record number of Festive Challenges to make it a cracker of a Christmas for charities and community groups across the two counties. ASA staff roll up their sleeves for local charity

16 staff from the ASA (Amateur Swimming Association) Club Development team volunteered together to complete a Team Challenge to support the work of the Redgate Farm Animal Sanctuary, Coalville. The aim of the day was to help create a brighter, fresher environment at the Farm and encourage further visits by prospective charity supporters and animal adopters. National Grid Volunteers Help to Transform School

Dorothy Goodman School in Hinckley has been given a brand new look – thanks to employees from National Grid. A team of 12 volunteers swung into action to give the Lower and Upper Schools a lick of bright coloured paints.   With perfect weather conditions the team, armed with paint brushes, tackled steps, sheds, a playground area, benches, the huge main hall and other indoor areas.   “Our team really got stuck in and worked hard.
