Member Firms are Christmas Stars!

Our Leicestershire and Rutland member firms and their employee volunteers have taken part in a record number of Festive Challenges to make it a cracker of a Christmas for charities and community groups across the two counties. ASA staff roll up their sleeves for local charity

16 staff from the ASA (Amateur Swimming Association) Club Development team volunteered together to complete a Team Challenge to support the work of the Redgate Farm Animal Sanctuary, Coalville. The aim of the day was to help create a brighter, fresher environment at the Farm and encourage further visits by prospective charity supporters and animal adopters. Staff completed tasks such as planting hedgerow saplings, turfing planters, creating innovative animal feeders and tidying up the entrance to the farm. It’s all going swimmingly…

The Number Partners Team from the Amateur Swimming Association is now at full strength at Beacon Academy in Loughborough. Helen, Tanya, Julie and Fiona are now able to support 8 children each week from both Year 5 and Year 6.
