Team Challenges

Teams of up to 12 employee volunteers complete a practical challenge for the local community. Team Challenges take no more than a day to complete and can involve several teams if a large number of volunteers want to be involved.

Profiles of the Challenges are available to Leicestershire Cares member businesses on request.

Each team has a Team Leader and Leicestershire Cares provides a Team Leader Toolkit, facilitates an initial Site Visit, and provides ongoing support through the planning process where needed.

Team Challenges are a great opportunity for ‘team-building’ amongst employees as well as being a chance to give something back to the local community and have a positive and sustainable impact on an organisation or area.

"ProHelp is the best organisation with which my firm has been involved in giving pro bono help.  It promotes first-rate opportunities to help our local community, provides an excellent way of involving staff in community issues, and encourages networking with likeminded local professional firms.

As a business model it is difficult to think of anything better."
