Team Challenges

Team Pic Day 2            Team Pic             NG Challenge_Full Group_26 May 2015

Carefully sourced, one-day challenges in the local community are available for employee teams of all sizes.

Each team has a Team Leader who is supported throughout the Team Challenge process by the Community Development team, including an initial Site Visit to the chosen project.

Team Challenges are a great opportunity for ‘team-building’ amongst employees as well as being a chance to give something back to the local community and have a positive and sustainable impact on an organisation or area. They provide great leadership and project management experience for new or developing members of staff.
